Alumis reports Phase 2b envudeucitinib results in SLE
Alumis said its Phase 2b results for envudeucitinib in SLE did not meet endpoints overall, but strong efficacy was seen in the IFNGS-high subgroup. The drug was well tolerated and supports Phase 3 plans.
