Altiplano Metals seeks extension to file overdue annual financial statements
The company said audited fiscal 2026 annual statements were due July 29, 2026 and it is seeking a regulatory extension to Oct. 5, 2026. It said audit work is about 95% complete and a management cease trade order issued July 31 restricts the CEO and CFO until filings are completed.
