Allegro (ALEP.WA) board recommends raising buyback price to 65 zlotys
Allegro board resolved to recommend to the Nov 18 AGM increasing the maximum price in its buyback programme to 65 zlotys/share; total remains 1.6 bln zlotys, and it recommends cancelling 17,879,330 shares acquired in phase I.
