Alibaba deepens AI push with larger model and new chip
At Alibaba Cloud’s Apsara conference, CEO Eddie Wu said the Qwen team plans to develop larger models (including a 5 trillion parameter target) and expand AI infrastructure, including new chips and increased data-center capacity.
