Alfresa to merge Miyazaki Onsendo Shoten into unit in Kyushu consolidation
Alfresa will absorb Miyazaki Onsendo Shoten, merging two wholly owned Alfresa Holdings units; closing is set for Jan. 1, 2027, with no cash or shares issued, and minimal impact expected on results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
