Aldar Signs $300 Million Forward Purchase Deal for Sharjah Project
Abu Dhabi-based Aldar signed an AED1.1 billion ($300 million) forward purchase agreement with Sharjah-based Arada covering three residential blocks in Aljada. The deal marks Aldar’s first real estate investment in Sharjah.
