Al Majdiah to develop nearly 300 homes in Madinah
Al Majdiah (Dar Al Majd Real Estate Company) signed an agreement with Jadwa Al Maqar Real Estate Fund to develop nearly 300 residential units in Madinah, including 66 villas and 230 apartments, valued at 185 million Saudi riyals ($49.31 million).
