AkzoNobel, Axalta choose Axanzo as combined company name
AkzoNobel and Axalta will name their combined company Axanzo upon completion of their planned merger. The merger, announced in November 2025, is expected to close in early 2027. Axanzo is expected to trade on the NYSE and Euronext Amsterdam under the ticker AXZ. Greg Poux-Guillaume will lead the combined company as CEO
