Aker BP Norway Projects Face Cost Overruns
The cost of Aker BP's major oil and gas development projects, Yggdrasil and Valhall-Fenris, off Norway has increased by 9.8% and 23% respectively from nominal estimates made a year ago, according to data from the government's fiscal budget.
