Akebia Therapeutics’ Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Nicholas Grund resigned for personal reasons, effective Nov. 6, 2026. Grund is set to provide consulting and advisory services to the company from his departure date through April 30, 2027. The consulting arrangement allows for early termination wi
