AirJoule Technologies buys Bitsink for $18M cash plus earnout
AirJoule Technologies will acquire Bitsink, a U.S. provider of cooling, power distribution, and racking infrastructure for AI and high-density data centers, for $18 million in cash and 1,859,504 Class A shares at closing, plus up to $40 million in stock earnouts.
