Aibotics to Acquire NovaCore Labs Assets for Preferred Stock and Earn-Out
Aibotics entered an asset sale and purchase agreement to acquire NovaCore Labs assets from PlayJamaica. Consideration includes 22,500 Series B preferred shares valued at $225,000, plus an earn-out of up to $3 million.
