Aibotics to Acquire Empulser Enterprises in Stock Deal
Aibotics has signed an agreement to acquire Empulser Enterprises for up to $22 million in Series C Preferred Stock, with a portion contingent on milestone-based earn-outs over 36 months. Empulser Enterprises will become a wholly owned subsidiary.
