Aibotics issued 22,500 unregistered shares of Series B Preferred Stock to PlayJamaica on October 14, 2026, for NovaCore Labs assets. Additional shares of Series B Preferred Stock may be issued under an earn-out. Each preferred share converts into Common Stock with aggregate Fair Market Value equal to the Series B Conve
