Aegon shareholders approve redomiciliation plan
Aegon said shareholders approved its redomiciliation and omnibus incentive plan at an extraordinary general meeting. The company expects to proceed on October 15 with repurchasing Common Shares B held by Vereniging Aegon, subject to completion of the process.
