Adient appoints Peter H. Carlin as CFO, Oswald to depart
Adient appointed Peter H. Carlin as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective November 16, 2026. Carlin will resign from the board and join management on October 1, 2026, and Mark A. Oswald will depart concurrent with the appointment.
