Accelerant agrees to $4 billion Thoma Bravo takeover
Accelerant Holdings agreed to be acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction valued at more than $4 billion and reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings of 32 cents per share, above the 16-cent estimate, on revenue of $356.9 million, above the $279.23 million consensus.
