AbCellera Biologics Inc. (NASDAQ: ABCL ) ("AbCellera") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $200.0 million of its common shares and, in lieu of common shares to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase its common shares. All of the common shares and pre-funded warrants are
