Aarti Surfactants falls 3% after customs order against co, CEO
The company said customs authorities ordered confiscation of seized goods, penalties and differential duty. It said the firm faces a 15.4 million rupee penalty and CEO Nikhil Desai faces two penalties totaling 2 million rupees.
