AVID Property takeover proposal values Ingenia Communities at A$2.20 billion
Ingenia Communities said it received a takeover proposal from AVID Property Group Holdings Pty, valuing the company at A$2.20 billion ($1.54 billion). Its shares rose as much as 9.1% to A$5.195, a nine-month high.
