ASM reported unaudited Q3 2026 revenue of €1.159 billion and a 52.0% gross margin. It guided Q4 revenue to €1.23 billion. The company projected 2027 revenue above €5.7 billion at constant currencies and authorized a share buyback of up to €300 million.
