AMLM says note conversion will reduce debt, expand holders
American Lithium Minerals said Worldwide Diversified Holdings agreed to convert its outstanding note into AMLM common shares. The company said the transaction will eliminate the debt and help lift shareholder count above 500 for uplisting readiness.
