AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. launches $2 bln notes offering, $850 mln term loan
AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. has commenced an offering of $2 billion aggregate principal amount of first lien notes due 2031 and launched syndication of an $850 million first lien term loan facility, subject to market conditions.
