ALMS trial update: envudeucitinib shows subgroup efficacy in SLE
LUMUS Phase 2b in SLE did not meet primary endpoints overall, but robust efficacy was reported in the IFNGS-high subgroup. Envudeucitinib was described as well tolerated, with Phase 3 plans underway.
