ALMS progress on envudeucitinib in lupus and psoriasis programs
Envudeucitinib’s phase II lupus trial failed overall, but showed strong efficacy in interferon signature positive patients. Plans are underway for a phase III lupus trial focused on those patients; psoriasis development is progressing toward an NDA.
