AKOFS Offshore completes $300m revolving refinancing and exercises Aker Wayfarer option
Akastor ASA’s 66.7%-owned affiliate AKOFS Offshore AS completed a USD 300 million reducing revolving credit facility agreement with DNB Bank ASA and Sparebank 1 Sør-Norge ASA. The loan has a 4-year tenor and is non-recourse.
