AIAI to consolidate 100% of M42 marketing entity results
AIAI says M42 will contribute a controlling position in the entity holding its military equipment marketing agreement, enabling AIAI to consolidate 100% of revenue and EBITDA. About 50% of resulting FCF will be distributed to M42, which projects $250M FCF in 12 months post-close.
