AIAI Holdings entered a Common Stock Purchase Agreement with B. Riley Principal Capital II for up to $200 million of discretionary equity financing, with sales over up to 36 months after an effective resale registration. Pricing is based on VWAP with a fixed 3.0% discount, subject to conditions.
