AI Maverick Intel signs deal to acquire HEAL Access
AI Maverick Intel, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of HEAL Access Canada Inc., appointed Dr. Wayne Young to its board, and mutually rescinded its August 2024 Stronghold Media transaction, subject to financing and other closing conditions.
