AF Gruppen plans employee share issue and own-share sale
AF Gruppen ASA will sell 314,775 treasury shares and issue 685,225 shares to employees under its share purchase program, following subscriptions totaling 1,000,000 shares at NOK 150.26 each. Completion is expected by October 31, 2026.
