ACV Auctions Seeks NYSE Delisting After Merger Completion
After completing its merger on Oct. 16, 2026, ACV Auctions asked the NYSE to suspend trading and file Form 25 to delist and deregister its common stock. The company also plans to file Form 15 to end registration and suspend SEC reporting obligations.
