ABB Bidco wins approval to acquire Rotork; buyback totals 7,758,977 shares
ABB (via Bidco) received shareholder and court approval for a court-sanctioned scheme to acquire Rotork’s ordinary shares. ABB also continued buybacks, repurchasing 620,997 shares (Aug 27–Sep 2) and 7,758,977 shares total under its Feb 6, 2026 program.
