A.P. Moller Capital agreed on October 15, 2026, to acquire 100% of Singapore-based Portek International from Mitsui & Co. The acquisition through Emerging Markets Infrastructure Fund II expands its transportation and logistics infrastructure portfolio. Portek has interests in seven port terminals across Africa, Asia an
