5N Plus selected for $7.3 million U.S. defense production
5N Plus says it was selected by the U.S. Department of War to receive $7.3 million to establish domestic production of gallium arsenide electro-optical components. Desjardin analyst Frederic Tremblay says it could become only qualified domestic supplier.
