4basebio agrees to extend 2Invest loan maturity to October 2030
4basebio agreed on October 15, 2026, to extend its fully drawn €25 million shareholder loan from 2Invest by two years to October 31, 2030. 2Invest will exchange approximately £4 million of principal and accrued interest for 776,699 Subscription Shares, reducing outstanding principal to €21.08 million.
