2020 Bulkers to Issue 55.7M Shares for Anchor Australia Deal
2020 Bulkers' board approved issuing 55,721,310 consideration shares conditional on completing AHTS AS's purchase of Anchor Australia AS after the vessel Skandi Peregrino delivery. The new shares will carry a temporary ISIN and trade separately until a prospectus is approved.
