2020 Bulkers LOI to acquire up to 15 AHTS
2020 Bulkers signed a letter of intent to acquire AHTS vessels and related project companies for about $406M in shares and plans total financing of about $485M, including up to $160M bank debt and an equity raise. Completion is subject to conditions.
