Tango Therapeutics Reports 82% ORR in 2L/3L PDAC Patients
Tango Therapeutics reported an 88% 9-month PFS rate among 22 efficacy-evaluable patients treated with vopimetostat plus daraxonrasib; median PFS was not yet reached. The company expects a registrational front-line Phase 3 trial in MTAP-deleted PDAC to start in 1H 2027.
Tango Therapeutics said vopimetostat plus daraxonrasib produced an 82% ORR in 22 efficacy-evaluable patients with 2L/3L MTAP-deleted, RAS-mutant PDAC. Median PFS has not yet been reached, and the 9-month PFS rate was 88%. The company expects a registrational Phase 3 trial in front-line MTAP-deleted PDAC to begin in 1H 2027.
