123fahrschule SE reported a 68% increase in group EBITDA to EUR 1.33 million for the first nine months of 2026, compared to EUR 0.79 million in the same period of 2025. The company achieved positive monthly EBITDA across all three of its subsidiaries—123fahrschule SE, FahrerWerk GmbH, and Foerst GmbH—throughout the year. In the third quarter of 2026 alone, group EBITDA improved to EUR 0.49 million, up from a loss of EUR 0.19 million in the third quarter of 2025. Management confirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, expecting group EBITDA to fall within the range of EUR 1.5 million to EUR 2.5 million.
Having already reached approximately 89% of the lower end of this target, the company anticipates positive EBITDA for all three subsidiaries in the fourth quarter.
