The FTSE 100 Index Opens 0.21% Lower

The FTSE 100 Index is losing 22 points. Losses were led by 3i (-5.29%), Aberdeen Group (-3.40%) and Kingfisher (-2.74%). Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Ithaca Energy (4.19%), BP (1.80%) and Scottish Mortgage (1.53%).
