Zcash Plans Throughput Upgrades Targeting More Than Double Capacity

A developer outlined a 12-month plan for a series of throughput upgrades by October 19, 2027, each targeting more than twice Zcash’s maximum consensus throughput. The plan aims to move the network toward tens of thousands of transactions per second.
