Azimut Cuts Centerra Option Minimum Spend to $15.75M

Azimut amended its option agreement with Centerra for Corvet and Kaanaayaa, reducing the Year 6 minimum spend to $1.25 million and total second-option minimums to $9.75 million. Other terms are unchanged; the amendment is subject to TSXV acceptance.
