Medallion Financial to Repurchase $15 Million of TruPS

Medallion Financial agreed to repurchase $15.0 million of TruPS for $11.049 million, or 73.66% of face value, plus accumulated distributions. The company expects to record a Q4 2026 gain; the deal is expected to close within 30 days.
