Indutrade Agrees to Acquire Poland’s Euromed Medical Solution
Indutrade signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Euromed Medical Solution for SEK 230 million. The deal is subject to Polish competition approval, with closing expected in Q4 2026; it is expected to be marginally EPS accretive.

Indutrade has agreed to acquire all shares in Euromed Medical Solution. The transaction, which is subject to approval from Polish competition authorities, is expected to close in Q4 2026. Euromed Medical Solution has sales of PLN 90M. The deal is valued at SEK 230M and will be included in Business Area Life Science.
Indutrade expects the acquisition to be marginally accretive to EPS.
