Dubai Investments plans to float a 20% stake in DIP Holding, which owns its Dubai Investments Park real estate business. The proposed offering would be the UAE’s first IPO of the year.
Dubai Investments DFM:DIC intends to list 20% of DIP Holding, its subsidiary that owns the Dubai Investments Park real estate business. The offering would be the United Arab Emirates’ first IPO this year and one of only a few in the Gulf amid the Iran war. ($1 = 3.6726 UAE dirham)
