Carrefour Agrees to Buy Codifrance From Colruyt for €152 Million

Carrefour has agreed to acquire French food retailer Codifrance from Colruyt Group for €152 million ($171 million), the supermarket chain said on Monday. The transaction is expected to be finalized during the first half of 2027, Carrefour said.
