Catena to Invest SEK 131M in Fully Let Finnish Logistics Site

Catena will develop a 5,800 m² logistics facility in Pirkkala, Finland, fully let on a seven-year lease and estimated to generate annual operating surplus of about SEK 9.7M. Construction is scheduled to start in autumn 2026, with handover in autumn 2027.
