Ramsay Générale de Santé Plans Stake Distribution and Board Changes

RHC plans to distribute its 52.79% stake in specie on Dec. 9, 2026, subject to approvals. The proposed distribution would trigger resignations of RHC-proposed directors and the proposed appointment of Frédéric Collet as independent chairman.
