IHG Repurchases Shares for Cancellation

InterContinental Hotels Group says it bought back ordinary shares on Oct. 16, 2026, through Goldman Sachs International and intends to cancel them. After the transaction, 147,035,298 shares were in issue, excluding 5,431,782 held in treasury.
