UPDATE 1 — Travel booking platform Klook Technology files to withdraw US listing

(Adds background in paragraphs 2-3) Oct 16 (Reuters) — Travel booking platform Klook Technology said on Friday it has filed to withdraw its US initial public offering plans. The company had filed for a US IPO in November last year, when it also reported a 24% jump in its 2024 revenue. Founded in 2014, Klook offers bookings for tours, attractions, transport and other travel experiences across a wide range of locations globally.
